Remember along with the pollen they collect from flowers, airborne pollen sticks to honeybees as they fly, particularly due to static electricity on their bodies. And as such makes it's way into our honey. ;)
This honey is so much better and stronger than what can be purchased in the stores. My husband made a glaze for ham he cook it was the best.

Purchased 2 pints and was so amazed that within 2 weeks purchased 2 more pints to make sure we had enough. It is very creamy and delicious, can’t wait until another batch is available. Decided to make a home remedy of organic garlic and honey.
