In-Person School Presentations

Slide/Video presentation by our beekeepers. (Duration depends on student age/grade, followed by a robust question and answer session.)

The class is then divided into sections to rotate among pre-set stations. Each station is unique and illustrates an important aspect of the honey bee's life. One station may include a sealed glass case of live honey bees.

Our presenting beekeepers require at least two adult volunteers at the school to help with station rotations.

Because of the station rotations, if there are multiple classrooms we present to, we require a dedicated room through which they can cycle. We cannot move from room to room.

Please allow us 15 minutes to set up an 15 minutes to take down.
