Bee Sweet Honey offers convenient recurring purchase options that allow customers to receive their favorite honey products on a regular schedule. By enrolling in a subscription or recurring purchase plan, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

Canceling Your Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account portal or by contacting Bee Sweet Honey directly.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.

Changes to Subscription Orders

Customers may modify the following before the next billing date:

  • Delivery frequency
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method
  • Product selection (if applicable)
  • Quantity

Changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Orders Already Processed

Once a subscription order has been processed, charged, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Because our honey products are food items intended for human consumption, we cannot accept returns of shipped subscription orders.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Bee Sweet Honey may attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be suspended or canceled until a valid payment method is provided.

Promotional Discounts

Any promotional pricing, discounts, or Subscribe & Save incentives are subject to change or termination at Bee Sweet Honey's discretion. Changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.
