Because our honey is a food product intended for human consumption, Bee Sweet Honey cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or delivered honey products for safety and quality-control reasons. Once a jar has left our facility, we are unable to verify how it has been stored, handled, or exposed to environmental conditions.

To protect the health of our customers and maintain the integrity of our 100% raw, unfiltered Texas honey, all sales are considered final after shipment and delivery within the state of Texas.

If there is a problem with your order

We stand behind the quality of our honey. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will gladly review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
