At Bee Sweet Honey, we take great pride in producing and delivering 100% raw, unfiltered Texas honey. Because honey is a food product intended for human consumption, we maintain strict food-safety and quality-control standards.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of honey products once they have been shipped or delivered. This policy helps ensure the safety, purity, and quality of every jar we sell.

Once a food product leaves our possession, we cannot verify how it has been stored, handled, or exposed to environmental conditions. For this reason, all honey sales are considered final.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Upon review, Bee Sweet Honey may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Bee Sweet Honey is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged or unusable.
  • The package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.
  • A duplicate order was processed in error.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
